Can anyone help validate my cars credentials its a mk1 lotus

Hi I've just bought a mk1 lotus which has been prepared several years ago for Tarmac rallying, although it doesn't look like it's seen any serious action, I have removed the bolt in cage, race seats and harnesses. I am intending to put back to road spec so I need basic seats and I will get covers from Aldridge etc reg no is csy 152c. Any help would be appreciated to authenticate car (it looks correct with all chassis mods etc) or point me in the right direction for seats thanks jim

Hi Jim
Welcome to the forum- search csy there's a lot of info on the forum and it belonged to an active member on the forum who should be able to fill you in with the cars history

Get Craig Watton (mk1 owners club committee member)In castleford to do your interior seats etc .hes cheaper and better than aldridge
